The team took in the consideration the numerous amount of flavours that a cake could have – we observed a wide range of preferences amongst several users. The brand values emphasized on empathy as the driving force of its product and service delivery.

The customer specific experience offered to the customers, further extended the brand exercise. It was clear to the team that Suss n’ Cream was built on empathy. We created an icon that represented the ampersand (&), clearly stating that “we are because you are”.
